Hotel Nizza Fronte Mare Jesolo

We're spending the family holiday, together with the brother in law, sum of 4 kids and 4 adults. Dedicated limited parking lot right at the hotel, and an other bigger one for our microbus in a nice shaded parkhouse 300m from the hotel. Rooms are fine and clean, room maid is so handsome, lovely. Excellent sea wiew from the rooms, sunbeds umbrellas at the beach dedicated to the room. Smart restaurant menu, frutta di mare always appear, and more italian cucina traditional meals. Kids always want to eat fries, but here they tasted real meals 😀. Waiters, barmen are professionals, so simpatethic, thanks for serving us aperol permanently all week. Hotel management also found kind an guest focused, directly involved at reception and restaurant. Superior service, keep going! Thank you

No. It was not by accident. 1. The room we had (506, executive room) was awful. The furniture needs renovation, for a long time already,stripped. The shower was barely running and with calcium. The way of treating guests and giving the paid sunbed to the friend of the owner, when we decided to have a half day trip to Venice is do disrespectful.... All toys of our small child were thrown away and around our sunbed were used cigarettes of the friend of the owner of the hotel and their answer that is it our Sunbed was: we don't care ,we were allowed to stay here. We are not for the first time in Lido di Jesolo and the food in Nizza hotel on comparison to Lila hotel or to Conchiglia hotel is far from tasty. The way you treat guests, especially giving no info about necessary things ( COVID rules were actual for us) and you didn't tell us that we need a reservation for the test station from hotel and the way you answered for our request: we don't have time to deal with it now is far from the best hotel treatment.
